When we start to think about to buy new property specially house, first thing in our minds comes about price of the property which it will suit us or not. Few times back when we mate to the builder to buy any property and discussed about payment plan. Builder showed 2-3 types of payment plan Like Construction link (CLP), Down payment (DP) and Flexi payment which mixed of CLP and DP.
Now time has changed when we start to search to buy property especially residential like flat, Villa, independent house or builder floor. And discussed about payment plan. Builder show more than 5 payment plans including traditional one and some new types.
